Procurement Data Specialist

Temporary (3+ Months)

Tampa, FL 33618

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Pay: $25.00/HR

This role is responsible for supporting procurement operations by maintaining accurate data, tracking service and purchasing activity, managing vendor and customer information, and helping ensure critical are supported efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain procurement and service data.
• Review information for accuracy and correct mistakes.
• Track vendor, pricing, and service performance information.
• Update databases and company systems.
• Help with order entry and contract proposal processes.
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Generate reports and measure operational performance.
• Look for ways to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
